Level 2 contains different content to Level 1 and is not deemed as a natural progression, however it is helpful to know and understand the basic rules of umpiring and Hockey itself.

This camp is designed uniquely for Intense Hockey students, who will study theory and practical aspects of coaching, identifying style and approach methods and will after tuition be asked in pairs to devise their own 15 minute coaching session in an assessment environment.

Here we look for the basic principle of leadership in coaching, rather than the ability to coach to a high standard. 

This course delivers a variation on the 'Stix Skills' challenges; we call it the 'Advanced Intense Hockey Challenge'. The degree of difficulty is determined by the distance over which the exercises are performed, the number of balls used  and the number of points gained throughout.
