Level 1 introduces players to the 'Intense Stix Skills', an award provided at the end of the week upon completion of challenging game related Hockey skills. Players will be practising and improving abilities in these skill sets throughout the week and within gameplay. 

We believe all players should have a good command of the rules of their sport, which is why our Intense Umpires Award (IUA) course makes them more reactive in gameplay and enhances their knowledge. 

With the guidance of our coaches, attendees will study the official FIH rulebooks. At the end of the week, everyone's knowledge will be tested and will eventually be able to take charge of several games as an umpire, controlling the game and ensuring players' safety throughout.
